It’s my mission to make SoulTribe your Third Place - the space you crave when you’re not at home or work. A space that feels like a deep exhale; where you can drop the mask, shake off the day, and simply be.
This is not a yoga studio where you’re expected to bend like a pretzel, wear matching Sweaty Betty sets, or push your body to its limits.
At SoulTribe, there’s no pressure to perform - only permission to be.

SOULFUL START - MORNING YOGA FLOW
Our signature morning class: begin your day with a class designed to meet you exactly where you are. Soulful Start is yoga with a focus on how it feels—not how it looks—guiding you to move intuitively and gently in a way that nourishes your body and spirit.
Each class concludes with deep relaxation and incorporates special touches like oracle cards, essential oils, guided meditations, and healing sounds to deepen your connection to yourself.

SOULTRIBE FLOW
Welcome to your freedom on the mat—without the pressure to push, pose, or perform. SoulTribe Flow is a creative, breath-led movement class designed to help you feel more, not do more. This isn’t about contortionist shapes, burning calories, or powering through. It’s about opening the channels of your body so life can flow through you more freely. We flow not to force or prove, but to soften, to stretch, to breathe, and to remember the joy of simply being in motion. Let’s flow - for the freedom, not the fight.

SOULTRIBE SLOW
This is your invitation to press pause and sink into softness. SoulTribe Slow is all about giving your body the time and space to release tension and restore balance. With gentle, mindful movement and nourishing stretches, these classes help you slow down and reconnect - physically and mentally - so you can find that sweet spot of ease and relaxation. Perfect for those moments when you need to take a deep breath, slow the chaos, and just feel grounded again.

SOMATIC SANCTUARY
Journey within with this deeply embodied practice using somatic movement, breathwork, and body awareness to help you shake off stress and rediscover the wisdom your body already holds. It’s not about perfect poses; it’s about feeling your way through and releasing what no longer serves you. Come as you are, and let the movement guide you back to your true self, with an open heart and a deep sense of ease.

MOVE AND MEDITATE
Start your weekend feeling uplifted and grounded. This all-levels yoga class guides you to move mindfully, exploring poses in a way that suits your body, lifts your energy, and leaves you feeling good. We finish with 15–20 minutes of gentle guided meditation to help you step into your weekend with calm, clarity, and presence. Perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.

Join us for Sunday Sanctuary, a serene and nurturing space dedicated to helping you release the stresses of the week, take a deep breath, and come home to yourself. This class offers easeful, spacious movement combined with sacred soul work and meditation to prepare you for the week ahead.
