Welcome to SoulTribe: a space to breathe, move, and come home to yourself.

It’s my mission to make SoulTribe your Third Place - the space you crave when you’re not at home or work. A space that feels like a deep exhale; where you can drop the mask, shake off the day, and simply be.

This is not a yoga studio where you’re expected to bend like a pretzel, wear matching Sweaty Betty sets, or push your body to its limits.

At SoulTribe, there’s no pressure to perform - only permission to be.
Messy, magical, in-progress you is always welcome here.

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning after years of practice, you’ll find a place - and a pace - that feels like home.
