At SoulTribe, yoga is a practice, not a performance. Our classes blend thoughtful movement, breath, and time to rest, with options to move gently or more dynamically depending on how you feel on the day. There’s no pressure to look a certain way or achieve a particular pose — just space to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

We offer a range of classes from flowing and energising to deeply restorative, with daytime, evening, and weekend options. Whether you’re looking to build strength, unwind after a busy day, or simply take an hour for yourself, you’ll find a supportive, down-to-earth space here.

It’s my mission to make SoulTribe your Third Place - the space you crave when you’re not at home or work. A space that feels like a deep exhale; where you can drop the mask, shake off the day, and simply be.

This is not a yoga studio where you’re expected to bend like a pretzel, wear matching Sweaty Betty sets, or push your body to its limits.

At SoulTribe, there’s no pressure to perform - only permission to be.
