    Find your flow on the mat at a slightly more dynamic pace, perfect for those who've been practising for a while or who want to take their practice to the next level.

  • Fridays at 7.30am with Salli

    Come and learn the fundamental postures and vinyasa (movement with breath) of the Ashtanga primary series with Salli. You will become confident in your sun salutations and a variety of standing and seated postures, focussing on mindful movement to build stamina, strength and flexibility. You don't need to have practiced Ashtanga before to join this class. Beginners with a reasonable level of fitness or yogis wanting to explore a different approach to practice are welcome.

    This is a great opportunity to experience the benefits and joys of an early morning practice. Come and join us – it really is the best way to start the day!

  • Mondays 10.45am with Lucy

    If you love Pilates but are yoga-curious, this is just the class for you! Move through deep stretches and work key muscle areas whilst strengthening and building balance. Then enjoy a lovely relax at the end!
