    In our Somatic Yoga classes, led by Lucy, you're invited to be "bodyful," not just mindful. How often do we feel disconnected from our bodies or out of touch with our true desires? Somatic Yoga offers a pathway back to yourself, guiding you to tune into your inner landscape through breathwork, flowing movement, and intuitive exploration.

    Find your flow on the mat at a slightly more dynamic pace, perfect for those who've been practising for a while or who want to take their practice to the next level.

  • Fridays at 7.30am with Salli

    Come and learn the fundamental postures and vinyasa (movement with breath) of the Ashtanga primary series with Salli. You will become confident in your sun salutations and a variety of standing and seated postures, focussing on mindful movement to build stamina, strength and flexibility. You don't need to have practiced Ashtanga before to join this class. Beginners with a reasonable level of fitness or yogis wanting to explore a different approach to practice are welcome.

    This is a great opportunity to experience the benefits and joys of an early morning practice. Come and join us – it really is the best way to start the day!

  • Mondays 7.45pm with Rachael

    Wrap yourself in the warmth of our Moonlight Yin and Nidra class, like a cozy winter blanket for your soul. This deeply restorative experience combines gentle Yin yoga poses with the soothing practice of Nidra meditation, often called Yogic Sleep for its profoundly restful effects.

    Turn Tuesday lunchtime into an oasis of calm and relaxation. Stretch out stress, release tensions and calm your mind with yoga, breath work and guided relaxation. Then ease your way into the afternoon feeling truly blissed out!

    Start your weekend with the best vibes! Join us to release the week, tune into you and relax into the weekend. Breathwork, yoga flow and guided relaxation, suitable for all levels. Children 13+ welcome to join.
